摘　　要：为提高瓶装饮用纯净水的卫生质量,对影响瓶装饮用纯净水卫生质量的因素和控制措施进行分析,指出加强企业的自身管理,强化食品卫生质量意识,制定完善的卫生管理制度,改进生产工艺、科学规范建厂等是保障其卫生质量最关键的环节。In order to improve the health quality of bottled drinking water, this paper analyzed factors of affecting its health quality and control measures, pointed out to strengthen the management of the enterprise itself, strengthen the quality of food hygiene awareness, develop a comprehensive health management system, improve production technology, seientifically standardize the building of factory is protect the most critical link of guaranteeing health quality of bottled drinking water.
