摘  要:为了探讨高压静电参数及其组合对采后树莓品质的影响,采用分光光度计法分别对不同电场、场强、处理时间条件下的树莓果进行VC含量的测定。结果表明,高压静电处理可以有效抑制树莓果在贮藏过程中VC含量的降低速度,且不同处理组间差异显著,正电场效果最好;电场强度对树莓果VC含量产生影响,在200kV/m时VC含量最高;不同处理时间使各组树莓果VC含量差异极显著,以60min效果最好。参考单因素试验结果,采用拟水平法正交试验,对各因素的水平组合进行比较,确定各因素水平最优组合为正电场,250kV/m和45min。In order to investigate the effect of HVEF after application of variable parameter on post-harvest qualities of raspberry, the VC content was measured by using spectrophotometer. The result showed that HVEF can delay the VC los- ses obviously, discrepancy was obvious in groups , and the treatment HVEF intensity has an effect on VC contents and the VC content 60min was just suitable. Based on one-way experiments, orthogonal applied positive electric field got a optimal value;the got a top value at 200kv/m ; treatment time about experiment was used to select combined parameters and then the optimal combination was determined :45min at 250kv/m with positive electric field.
