“课堂+园区、双季循环”人才培养模式的创新与实践——以广西职业技术学院园艺技术专业为例

摘　　要：我院园艺技术专业根据广西亚热带园艺作物的生产特点,通过人才培养模式的创新与实践,构建形成农业职业教育与园艺作物生产紧密对接,教学内容与职业资格标准对接、特色鲜明的基于园艺作物生产过程的"课堂+园区、双季循环"人才培养模式,从而实现教学与生产同步、教学内容与生产过程融会、"学、训、产"一体化的人才培养过程。According to the production features of subtropical garden crops in Guangxi and based on the innovation and practice of the personnel training mode, a distinctive mode of ＂ Classrooms Plus Practice Centers in Double Season Cycling ＂ has been formed for the Specialty of Horticulture Technology in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, in which the agricultural vocational education can closely joint with the production of garden crops, and the teaching contents are closely related to the vocational qualifications standards. With the help of this personnel training mode, teaching and production can grow in step, the teaching content can be blent with the production process, and the process of personnel training can be integrated with study, training and production.
