摘　　要：在文化多元化的今天,吃苦耐劳的品质越发凸显出其现实的价值。本文意在分析吃苦耐劳品质对高职学生职业发展的重要性,引起高职院校和用人单位对高职学生吃苦耐劳品质培养的重视,加强对高职学生吃苦耐劳品质的培养,引导高职学生以积极的心态和行为对待自身的职业发展,实现自身的职业价值。In the times of cultural diversity, the quality of bearing hardships has been valued practically. This article analyzes the importance of such quality to the higher vocational students＇ professional development, so as to draw the attention of vocational colleges and employers to the cultivating of the quality in higher vocational colleges, and guide the vocational students to treat their professional development and value with positive mentality and behavior.
