摘　　要：探索知识管理在公司创业活动中影响公司绩效的过程机制,是当前创业研究面临的挑战。基于知识创造理论,整合组织创造力,提出联接知识管理和创业绩效的关系模型。通过对国内194家创业型企业样本的统计分析,验证了公司创业视角下知识管理、知识创造过程、组织创造力与公司创业绩效之间的关系,拓展了知识创造理论,深化了公司创业过程中的知识管理研究。The current challenge for entrepreneurship research is to explore the process mechanism about how knowledge management affects the organization performance in the corporate entrepreneurial activities. Towards a knowIedge creation theory, this paper integrates organizational creativity to propose a relationship model about knowledge management and entrepreneurial performance. Based on the statistical analysis from 194 domestic entrepreneurial companies, this paper verifies the relationship between knowledge management, knowledge creation process, organization creativity and the or- ganization＇s entrepreneurial performance. This paper extends knowledge creation theory and advances the entrepreneurial research on knowledge management.
