摘　　要：高职院校的科研工作滞后于它的教学、学生及后勤服务管理,高职院校科研对职教科学发展及社会生产力提高其作用是显赫的,创建高职院校院系科研两级管理和科研工作评价机制可极大地调动基层单位和教师个人的科研主动性和创造性,进而鞭策和促进教师们开展富有成效的科学研究,从而使中国的高等职业教育始终焕发勃勃生机。The scientific research work in higher vocational colleges lags behind teaching, students and the management of logistics services. The role of the scientific research in a higher vocational college is prominent in scientific development of vocational education and the raise of social productivity. The present paper holds that Establishing higher vocational colleges＇ college-department scientific research 2~level management and scientific research evaluation system can greatly motivate departments and in- dividuals to conduct scientific research.
