摘　　要：介绍了本科生导师制的起源以及在我国的发展历程,分析了高等学校实行本科生导师制的作用和意义,针对目前本科生导师制实行中出现的问题,盐城工学院环境科学与工程学院采取了相应的措施。This paper introduces the tutorial system for undergraduates in the origin and development process in China, and analyzes the function and significance of the implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates in universities. In view of the present questions of the implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates which had appeared, School of Environmental Science and Engineering of Yaneheng Institute of Technology took relevant measures.
