“N+1”模式提高高职数控专业学生实践技能的研究

摘　　要：针对当前高职数控专业学生的实践技能水平现状及存在的问题进行了深入分析,结合南京工业职业技术学院数控专业学生"校企合作、生产性实训"制度,提出了基于企业需求的"N+1"学生实践技能培养模式,该模式以学生为主导,以企业产品为载体,使学生的实践与企业生产无缝化对接,效果显著。The paper deeply analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the current higher vocational NC specialty students＇ practical skills, and ＂N＋I＂ students practical skills training mode based on enterprise requirements was put forward combined with Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology system of ＂cooperation between school and enterprise, productive practice＂. The mode is student-led, and takes enterprise product as the carrier, makes students＇ practice seamlessly dock with enterprise producing, so the effect is remarkable.
