摘　　要：技术联盟是企业持续创新的一种有效组织形式。技术联盟内企业持续创新运行机制是一个不断发展的动态循环运行创新过程,可归纳为一个层层递进的六阶段:开放合作、互动学习、研发创新、企业资源整合、创新成果市场化和反馈。Enterprises technology alliance is an effective way for enterprise＇ s technology innovation. The paper concludes the operating process of enterprise＇ s continuous innovation within enterprise technology alliance that there are as six phases which are handed in layers. It analyzes further the operating mechanism of enterprise＇ s continuous innovation within enter- prise technology alliance.
