摘　　要：企业在卓越工程师人才培养中占有举足轻重的地位。本文主要介绍了学院是如何与企业合作,共同探索和实施制药工程专业卓越工程师教育培养计划,构建合理的校企深度合作的工程教育模式,为培养制药工程卓越工程师人才奠定基础的。Enterprise occupies a pivotal position in excellent engineers training. The plan /or educating and training outstanding pharmaceutical engineers was drawn up and carried out by cooperation between college and enterprise. A reasonable engineering education approach of college-enterprise cooperation has been built, which lays a foundation for cultivating outstanding pharmaceutical engineers.
