摘　　要：通过企业知识管理系统,企业员工通过企业知识管理系统访问知识库,可以实时地查询到相关知识内容,与团队成员取得联系,迅速搜寻到相关领域专家,或者查找到相关的知识。建立和使用企业知识管理系统将极大提升企业知识共享度,推进企业知识管理的进程,提高企业员工工作效率。论文在分析国内外企业知识管理系统相关理论及实际应用的基础上,构建出了一种针对数字化制造业的企业知识管理系统原型系统文本的研究工作,可以为企业知识管理系统的实际应用提供一些参考思路。Enterprise Knowledge Management System（EKMS） focuses more on enterprise employees and information content itself.EKMS is the combination of Knowledge Management System（KMS） and EIP.Through EKMS,employees could keep in touch with other team members in real time to find the expert who could offer a help or link to the relevant knowledge＇s location.The construction and usage of EKMS can accelerate the knowledge sharing process within the enterprise effectively,and because of this,employees＇ working efficiency have been enhanced and the company＇s knowledge management process has been pushed forward.Based on EKMS＇s theory and practical application inside and outside,this paper proposed a EKMS prototype system used on digital manufacturing emprise.It is hoped that we will suggest some new ideas on EKMS＇s practical application through the study work in this paper.
