外宣翻译问题式路径研究

摘　　要：采用问题式路径研究外宣翻译中几个重要问题,提出外宣翻译中的"外宣"并非其目的而是方式;"外语"是"终点"而"汉语"并不一定是"起点",因此外宣翻译除了"汉译外",还应该包括"外译外"和"外译汉再汉译外"。此外,外宣翻译的最佳译法并非"归化"或者异化,而是"合化"。This paper adopts problematic approach to study several important problems of internationalpublicity translation.It proposes that 'international publicity' is not the goal but the way;'foreign language' is the'destination' but 'Chinese' is not certainly the 'starting point'.Therefore,'foreign language 1 to foreign language2' and 'foreign language 1---Chinese---foreign language 2' should be covered in 'international publicitytranslation' in addition to 'Chinese to a foreign language'.This paper also puts forward that the best translatingstrategy for 'international publicity translation' is not 'domestication' or 'foreignization' but 'integratedtranslation'.
