新建地方本科院校大学生文化素质教育的现状反思——以绥化学院为例

摘　　要：当前,新建地方本科院校在开展大学生文化素质教育方面存在的主要问题是学生人文精神和人文能力的培养弱化,教育内容和方式缺乏时代性等,其成因则出自于应试教育的功利主义、市场化背景下的趋利性及文化素质教育体系本身的不完善。新建本科院校应完善文化素质教育组织、制度安排;实现全员育人和全员自育的有机结合;构建课程教育和实践教育相结合的文化素质教育模式,实现学生的全面发展。Problems now exist in the newly-established local colleges and universities in terms of students＇ culture quality education. The cultivation of the students＇ humanistic spirit and ability is weakening and the teaching contents and methods are lagging because of the u- tilitarianism of exam-oriented education, trends towards benefit under the background of marketization and the unsound cultural education system itself. Newly-established local colleges and universities shall improve the organization, system arrangement of cultural education; achieve an education of all aspects throughout the whole process with student＇s self-management, teaching, and development; and build up a model integrating theoretical and practical teaching to realize students＇ full-scale development.
