中等职业学校护理专业实习师生沟通存在问题及对策

摘　　要：通过探讨中职护理实习中的沟通问题,以提高中职护理的实习质量。明确了在中职护理实习中带教老师的专业不扎实、对临床带教重视不够以及缺乏沟通意识是影响带教的主要原因,明确了实习中实习生沟通意识不强、缺乏基础知识以及表达能力不强是师生沟通不畅的主要原因。提出了要强化带教老师临床技能,提高带教意识;强化师生沟通能力;建立医院学校沟通模式等建议,以提高中职护理实习的实习质量。Comprehend the practice and awareness of junior nurses in the Cognitive Status, explore and build the practice management mode which could enhance the quality of students practice. Investigate the practice awareness of students and teachers by cluster sampling, comparatively analysis of the cognitive differences between the two sides and the problems. The understanding of students and teachers in purpose, the schooFs location and the information should have got before are on the same, students＂ recognition of the influence factors on improving practice quality is lower than the teachers＇. The problem appearing in Practicing teaching is currently the most important issue to be addressed. The differences both sides lie in the difference of capacity, deepen the understanding in practice, strengthen the communication links of the schools, students, and internships, which are an effective measure to improve the practice quality.
