摘 要:利用微波辐射技术,在浓硫酸的的催化下,以苯为带水剂,在常压下快速合成香料糠酸乙酯。最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质量比(mol/mol)为4:1,催化剂的量为0.005 8 mol,微波功率为中低火(231 W),辐射时间15 min,产率达89.5%。Synthesis of ethyl furoate using 98% sulfuric acid as a catalyst and benzene as water-carrying reagent under microwave radiation was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were as following: molar ratio of ethanol and furoic acid is 4 : 1, the amounts of catalyst is 0.005 8 mol, the microwave power is 231 W, and the radiation time is 15 min. The ethyl furoate yield is up to 89.5%.
