摘　　要：专业实践能力是高职院校专业教师教学能力的重要基础,提升教师的专业实践能力是不断提高职院教学质量的重要举措。通过文献研究和问卷调查表明,探索性实践是专业教师实践能力提升的有效方法与重要途径。本文阐明了探索性实践的特征,探索性实践的途径和实现探索性实践的保障机制,为职院教师专业实践能力的提升提供了有价值的参考。The professional practical ability is the important foundation of teaching ability in vocation college,and improving teacher＇s specialized practical ability is the important measures to enhance the vocational teaching quality.Through documentary study and questionnaire investigation,it shows,that exploratory practice is the effective method and important way for promotion of a professional teacher＇ practical ability.This paper expounds the features,practice way and supporting mechanism of exploratory practice,it provided the useful reference for enhancing a professional teachers＇ practical ability.
