摘　　要：介绍钢管水压试验控制系统运行的基本原理。介绍模糊控制中经常使用的二输入、单输入的设计思想以及使用方法,应用模糊控制方法解决PID控制器在实际工作中存在的不足。对比分析表明,将该方法应用在实际工作中,能够较好地控制大型水压机控制系统,提高工作效率。The basic principles of steel pipe pressure control sys tem were introduced. The design ideas of two inputs and single input were introduced. The fuzzy control was used to solve the problems of PID controller. Comparative analysis showed that the method can control the large water pressure control system, and improve the efficiency.
