摘 要:在老年病科教学查房中,应用任务驱动教学法,教学目标通过设计任务、分析任务、完成任务、总结评价四个步骤进行建构。以任务为主线、以学生为主体、以教师为主导。获取新知识的同时,培养了主动学习和解决问题等能力,显著提高了教学质量。这里以路易体痴呆教学查房病例为例,探讨任务驱动教学法的特点、在老年病科教学查房中的应用及优势。Task-driven teaching is adopted in teaching rounds at geriatrics department, which is constructed with four steps of designing task, analyzing task, completing task, and summary evaluation. It is task-guided, student-centered and teacher-leading. With task-driven teaching model adopted in teaching rounds, new knowledge is acquired, moreover it is advantageous to raise students' ability of active learning and problem solving, significantly improving the quality of teaching. Here, the feature, practical approach and advantage of task-driven teaching in teaching rounds at geriatrics department are mainly explored with the case of dementia with Lewy bodies as example.
