摘　　要：在问卷调查统计分析的基础上,从高职院校80后和70后学生对体育竞赛组织和管理现象对比调查情况出发,对其体育竞赛、体育训练、体育裁判相结合开展课外体育活动进行了初步的实验与研究。提出了要指导建立各级竞赛组织委员会,建立各级竞赛制度,提高学生竞赛兴趣,促进竞赛有序发展的建议。On the basis of analyzing questionnaire,which surveys students of post-80s and post-70s for the organization and management of sports competition,this paper makes elementary experiment and study on developing sports activity by the combination of sports competition,sports training and sports referees.It points out to guide and establish competition organization committee of each level and the system of each-level competition to increase students＇ competition interest and improve competition＇s well-organized development.
