云南佤族中学生英语学习动机实证研究

摘　　要：采用实证定量研究中的问卷法考察佤族中学生学习动机类型及其与英语成绩的关系,通过对云南省437名佤族初高中学生的调查,利用SPSS统计软件对数据进行因子分析和描写性统计分析,探索佤族学生学习英语的动机类型,包括家长和教师的期望动机、外部动机、融合型动机、内部动机和教学因素动机,并采用皮尔逊相关系数分析英语成绩与学习动机之间的关系。结果表明,佤族中学生英语成绩与学习动机因子存在显著的正相关关系,但相关强度较弱。The paper adopted the questionnaire of the empirical quantitative research to investigate the relationship between English learning motivation of 437 Wa students from Yunnan Province and their achievements in English learning.The Factor Analysis and Descriptive Statistics of SPSS were used to probe the types of their English learning motivation,including parents/teachers′ expectation motivation,extrinsic motivation,integrative motivation,intrinsic motivation and teaching motivation.Pearson Correlation Coefficient was also employed to measure the relationship between their achievements in English learning and their English learning motivations.The result showed that there was a weak positive correlation between their achievements in English learning and their English learning motivations.
