中西文化心理差异与期刊论文摘要翻译中的语篇重构

摘　　要：汉英两个不同的民族,由于其地理生活环境,宗教信仰,生活方式的巨大差异,在漫长的历史发展过程中,逐渐形成了各自不同的思维模式。从期刊论文摘要的翻译来看,其最大的障碍就是思维差异所导致的语篇特点的不同。本文分析了中西思维模式的差异及其在汉英摘要语篇中的体现,包括语篇结构,语篇衔接手段和语篇的文体色彩三个方面,探讨期刊论文摘要翻译中语篇重构这一翻译方法,以期保证摘要译文的质量。English and Chinese nationalities, with their different geographical and living environments, religious beliefs, living modes, etc., gradually formed their own modes of thinking. The biggest obstacle to the translation of paper abstracts is the discourse difference due to the disparities in Chinese and English modes of thinking. In the paper, disparities between Chinese and English modes of thinking are analyzed on discourse level, including discourse structure, coherence and devices and stylistic coloring, etc. It is pointed out that discourse restructuring should be employed to ensure the qualities of the version.
