摘 要:目的:探讨富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白(SPARC)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测65例乳腺癌和20例乳腺良性增生组织中SPARC和VEGF的表达。结果:与良性病变组比较SPARC的表达率在乳腺癌间质细胞中升高,在肿瘤细胞中降低。有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ期的乳腺癌上皮细胞中SPARC的表达率高,P<0.05。乳腺癌肿瘤细胞中VEGF表达率较良性病变组高,有淋巴结转移组的表达率较无淋巴结转移组升高,P<0.05;乳腺癌间质细胞中VEGF的表达率与患者年龄、ER及PR水平有关。SPARC和VEGF的表达呈正相关,P<0.05。结论:SPARC和VEGF高表达均与乳腺癌的发生、发展和浸润转移有关,两者可能起协同作用。OBJECTIVE: To explore the expressions and role of SPARC and VEGF in invasive duetal carcinoma of the breast. METHODS: The expressions of SPARC and VEGF in 65 pathologically diagnosed invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and 20 cases of benign breast tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique. RESULTS: Compared with breast benign lesions group,SPARC protein was expressed in both tumor cells and stromal cells of the breast carcinoma, but the positive expression rate of SPARC were higher in the strornal cells and lower in the tumor cells. The positive expression rate of SPARC in carcinoma cells of breast invasive ductal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of SPARC in carcinoma cells in invasive duetal carcinoma of breast in TNM staging I , Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in Ⅲ(P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of VEGF in carcinoma cells in invasive ductal carcinomas of breast with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). VEGF in stromal cells of the breast carcinoma had associations with the age, the expression of estrogen receptor and the progesterone receptor. There was a positive correlation between SPARC and VEGF in invasive ductal carcinoma (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: SPARC and VEGF are involved in the tumorgenesis and progression of the invasive ductal carcinoma,and may play synergetic roles in invasion and metastasis of the disease.
