摘　　要：校训是高校校园文化的灵魂和核心,具有较强的育人功能,校训文化的建设在校园文化建设中将发挥重要作用,此研究以高职院校为例对如何营造具有较强育人功能的校训文化氛围提出了相应的对策。Motto is the soul and core of the university campus culture, with a strong educational function the motto cultural construction in the construction of campus culture will play an important role. This article will take the higher vo- cational colleges as example on how to create the motto culture atmosphere with a strong educational function.
