摘　　要：通过对遂宁10多家电子企业的校企就业合作调研,全面分析了遂宁电子企业就业岗位、人力资源现状和人才需求、基本素质和能力要求、校企合作现状等,对学生就业后的基本情况和发展需求也作了较为深入的剖析,理清了遂宁电子企业校企就业合作存在的问题,为加强学校的专业建设和实现校企"人才共育、合作就业"提供了依据。According to analyze the collaboration between universitiy and enterprises in Suining city,this paper summarized the employment position,human resource and the need for talent,basic quality,and found out the problems existing in enterprises to strength professional construction in college.
