摘　　要：面对目前的新形势,普通高等院校土木工程本科专业开设工程管理辅修专业,提出了"土木工程+工程管理"复合型专业人才培养的新模式,以满足社会和企业对土木工程专业人才的实际需求。分析了土木工程本科专业学校培养和社会需求之间的差距,分析了辅修工程管理专业学生在知识结构、从业范围、就业前景和执业资格等方面的优势,并提出了实施的具体建议。Faced with the new situation,civil engineering undergraduate in ordinary institutions minor in project management,the paper puts forward a new mode about the ＂civil engineering ＋ project management＂ compound professional personnel training in order to meet the society and the enterprise to civil engineering professional talented person＇s actual demand.The paper analyses the gap of civil engineering undergraduate course education and social demand.And it analyses the advantage that students minor in project management in knowledge structure,working scope,employment prospects and vocational qualification.And it puts forward the implementation of the specific suggestions.
