摘 要:大学英语教师专业自我发展的自觉不仅是大学英语教师以主人翁的姿态自觉主动地促进自己的专业发展,而且也是大学英语教师个体成长的自我关照。大学英语教师专业自我发展的自觉对提升我国大学英语教学的整体水平和提高我国大学生英语综合能力具有十分重要的意义。然而,大学英语教师专业自我发展的自觉不会自动产生,它需要大学英语教师强烈的主观能动性和意志努力。大学英语教师专业自我发展自觉的理论分析和必要性研究显示目标自觉、探索自觉、反思自觉、学习自觉、合作发展自觉和与时俱进自觉是大学英语教师专业自我发展自觉得以实现的基本策略。The consciousness of college English teachers' professional self-development means that the college Eng- lish teachers actively engage themselves to their own professional development as masters. It is the self-care of growth of college English teachers. The college English teachers' professional self-development can raise the overall level of college English teaching and improve their comprehensive ability. The consciousness of college English teachers' professional self-development, however, does not automatically come into being; it needs strong initiative. Through the study of the necessity, the connotation of the consciousness of faculty' s professional self-development, this paper puts forward the consciousness of goal, the consciousness of exploration, the consciousness of reflection, the consciousness of study, the consciousness of cooperation and the consciousness of keeping pace with the times are the fundamental guarantee and the strategy of the realization of the professional self-development of the college English teachers.
