摘　　要：从教师队伍、教学内容、教学方法、教学管理和教材建设等几个方面的分析入手,结合本校实际情况,找到医学院校《生物化学与分子生物学》精品课程建设的突破口——优化课程内容、强化实验教学并改革教学方法。让学生在操作过程中巩固所学的知识要点,是精品课程建设的重中之重。By analyzing the teaching team, contents, methods, management and material developmenl, combining with our practical situation, we found the breakthrough to construct the excellent course of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in medical colleges, including optimizing course content, strengthening experimental teach ing and improving teaching concept. The solid foundation is to put theory into practice, which is also the essential of our excellent course construction.
