摘　　要：目的探讨教师模拟标准化病人与多媒体模拟人系统相结合的教学方法在内科学中的应用价值。方法临床医学专业2007五年制临床专业本科生为研究对象,教师模拟标准化病人与多媒体模拟人系统相结合的教学方法与传统的教学方法进行对比研究,比较两种教学方法的优劣。结果采用教师模拟标准化病人与多媒体模拟人系统相结合的教学方法组明显优于采用传统的教学方法组。结论将教师模拟标准化病人与多媒体模拟人系统有机结合,有利于提高学生的临床思维、判断能力,提高教学质量。Objective： To investigate application value of the teaching method, which combined the stand ardized patient with the multimedia dummy man in internal medicine. Methods： To compared the teaching method of combining the standardized patient with the muhimedia dummy man and the traditional teaching method in order to find the advantages and disadvantages between them. Results： The teaching method of combining the stamtard ized patient with the multimedia dummy man is obviously superior to the traditional teaching methods. Conclu sion： This method is thvorable to improve the students＇ clinical thinking, judgment ability and teaching quality.
