摘　　要：笔者采用2005年～2008年806家上市公司的数据,实证研究了企业家特征对研发支出的影响。研究结果显示,CEO的教育背景、两职合一和政治背景与研发支出显著正相关,而CEO的技术、研发、销售工作背景与研发支出显著负相关。This paper investigates the impact of CEO characters on R＆D expenditure with a pooled data sample of the 806 publicly lis- ted Chinese companies for the period 2005 - 2008. It is found that CEO＇ s education, duality and political experience are significantly positive to R＆D expenditure. But work experience of CEO such as technology, research and marketing of CEO is significantly negative to R＆D expenditure.
