简论当前高校班级文化建设的措施

摘　　要：班级文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,随着高校教育事业的不断进步,班级文化在高校建设中的作用愈加凸显。阐述了班级文化建设的功能,当下班级文化建设上存在的认知程度不够、体制建设不完善、理论欠缺、工作方法陈旧等问题,根据班级文化建设应遵循的原则,提出建设班级文化的主要措施,为班级文化建设的发展提供参考。Class culture is an important part of campus culture.With the improvement of college education,the importance of college construction is growingly prominent.This paper expounds the functions of class culture construction,analyzes the problems：insufficient of cognitive degree,imperfection of systems,lack of theory and old working methods,and at last puts forward the feasible measures to provide reference for class culture construction.
