摘　　要：引进一对共轭指数(p,q)及两个独立参数α与λ,给出了一个半离散的Hilbert型不等式及其等价式.并证明其常数因子为最佳值.By introducing a pair of conjugate exponent （p,q） and two independent parameters and a, a new half-discrete Hilbertrs inequality and its equivalent forms are considered in this paper. The constant factors in the inequalities are all the best possible.
