电大教育与信息技术的深度融合和体制创新

摘　　要：广播电视大学是一所从事现代远程教育的学校,具有教育、开放、远程三个方面的本质属性。在信息社会,为了满足个性化、多样化、终身化的学习需求,实现教育效率和质量的统一,与信息技术深度融合是电大教育改革和发展的必然要求和趋势。融合过程必然伴随教学模式和教育体制的创新、内涵的提升,只有当教育信息化突破技术的界限,真正成为一种教学、管理和服务的理念和方法,电大教育才能实现符合远程教育规律的科学发展。Radio and TV University is a modern distance education school which has the nature of the three aspects as education,opening and distance.In the information society,in order to meet the needs of personalized,diverse,lifelong learning,to achieve the unification of educational efficiency and quality,and the depth of integration with the information technology is required by the reform development and trends of RTVU education.The integration process must be accompanied by a teaching mode and educational system innovation,upgrading of the connotation.Only when the educational information breaks through the boundaries of technology and truly becomes a kind of concept and method of teaching,management and service,can RTVU education be achieved in line with the scientific laws of distance education development.
