摘　　要：随着中国工业化的快速发展,国家对工程技术人才的要求越来越高,而肩负培养工程技术人才的高等工程教育面临的挑战也越来越大。文章通过对比、总结德国、法国和美国等西方国家的工程教育的特点,分析了我国高等工程教育的现状,并提出当前我国高等工程教育面临的问题并进行对策探讨,旨在对我国"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施起到导向和推动作用。With the rapid development of industrialization of China,the high requirement for engineering talent is brought up,higher engineering education responsible for cultivating talents is facing a great challenge.This article has analyzed the current situation and problems of higher engineering education in China,and some measures are proposed based on the research of engineering education in Germany,France and the United States.And aims to play a positive role in the implement of＂high level engineering education training plan＂.
