摘　　要：信息素养是高素质新型军事人才的必备素质。提升军校教员信息素养，不仅是加快战斗力生成模式转变的必然要求，更是培养高素质军事人才的重要保障。着眼战斗力生成模式转变，努力从强化信息意识、优化信息结构、提升信息能力、培养信息道德、维护信息安全等5个方面提升军校教员的信息素养。Information Literacy is an essential quality of qualified military personnel. Not only accelerate the transformation of generating mode of combat capabilities to enhance the military academy teacher＇s information literacy, but also it is an important guarantee for highly skilled military personnel. Focus on the transformation of the mode of generating combat ca- pabilities, efforts to enhance military academy teacher＇s information literacy from the five aspects to strengthen the sense of information, optimize the structure of information, and enhance the ability of information, training information ethics, and maintenance of information security.
