装备保障指挥课程任职教育实践教学体系构建研究

摘　　要：装备保障管理生长干部任职培训是我院任职培训的重要组成部分，开展任职培训课程研究已迫在眉睫，特别是开展任职教育实践教学体系研究，更是任职培训的一项重要工作。研究了构建装备保障指挥课程任职教育实践教学体系的必要性，架构了装备保障指挥课程任职教育实践教学体系，提出了如何组织装备保障指挥课程任职教育实践教学的举措。Would - be officers＂ qualification training of equipment support management is an important component of the qualification training in Military Transportation University. Therefore, to carry out the qualification training courses is ex- tremely urgent. Especially, it is very essential to develop the study on the qualification educational practice teaching system. This paper discusses the construction necessities, the supposed framework and the organization of the qualification educa- tional practice teaching system for the equipment support command course.
