摘　　要：本文在和谐社会视阈下,以和谐校园的建设为出发点,分析了和谐校园与和谐社会两者之间的关系,提出和谐管理是和谐校园建设的根本要求,重点阐述了和谐道德及中小学校长职业道德的追求和最终指向,以期对和谐校园的建设提出具有建设性的意见。In this paper,from the perspective of the harmonious society,taking harmonious campus construction as the starting point,the author makes an analysis of the relationship between the harmonious campus and harmonious society,and puts forward the idea that the harmonious management is the fundamental requirement for the construction of harmonious campus.The paper elaborates the harmonious morality and headmaster＇s pursuit and orientation of professional ethics,and proposes constructive suggestions to the construction of harmonious campus.
