五苓散证的脉证研究

摘　　要：通过对168例五苓散验案进行分类、统计和整理分析,基本可以确定五苓散证的参考指征为:①主症:小便不利,口干渴(渴欲饮水或不欲饮水),腹胀满;②兼症(或然症):浮肿,汗出,短气,尿频,倦怠乏力,呕恶,眩晕;③舌脉:舌淡苔白腻、白滑或薄白,或可见舌胖大;脉沉细或沉滑。在临床应用中有三项主症加上舌脉征象,或两项主症,两项兼症,加上舌脉征象即可初步诊断为五苓散证,选用五苓散进行加减论治。The reference indications can be determined as follows through the classification, statistics and analysis of 168 proved cases tff Wuling Powder： 1. Main symptoms： difficulty in urination, mouth thirst （desire to drink water or not to drink water）, abdominal distension;②complicated symptoms （ probable symptoms）：edema, sweating, shortness of breath, frequent micturition, fatigue, vomiting, vertigo;③ the tongue pictures： pale tongue with white and greasy fur, white and slippy tongue or thin and white tongue, or visible fat tongue; deep and fine or sinking slippy pulse. In the clinical application, three main symptoms and signs of tongue and pulse, or two main disease and two compound symptoms coupled with signs of tongue and pulse can be initially diagnosed as Wuling Powder Syndrome and can be differentiated and treated with Wuling Powder.
