摘　　要：从树立服务"三农"的办学理念、坚定服务"三农"的发展方向、围绕服务"三农"做好人才培养、走好服务"三农"的产学研合作之路4个方面介绍了农业高职院校服务"三农"的对策,以期为高职院校更好地服务"三农"提供参考。Countermeasures by agricultural vocational colleges from four aspects including setting up the school running concept of servicing ＇ agriculture, countryside and farmers＇ .firming the developing direction of servicing agriculture, conntryside and farmer＇ cultivating more talents around serveing＇ agriculture,countryside and farmers＇ .walking cooperation road of servicing＇ agriculture,countryside and farmers＇ were introduced aimed to provide the reference for servicing＇agriculture, countryside and farmer＇better by agricultural vocational colleges.
