摘　　要：痴呆与白质损害两者之间存在着密切的关联性。本文拟对近年来痴呆与白质损害的相关性研究加以总结。今后应在有机结合动物和临床研究的基础上，采用流行病学、分子生物学、神经影像学等方法和技术手段，进一步探讨两者之间的相关性，为痴呆的防治提供科学依据。There is relationship between dementia and white matter. This paper summarizes the damages between dementia and white matter in recent years. In the future depending on the animal and clinical studies epidemiology, molecular biology and nerve im- aging methods will be used to investigate the relationship between them, which provides scientific basis for the prevention and control of dementia.
