利培酮对精神分裂症患者血脂和血流变的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨利培酮对精神分裂症患者血脂和血流变的影响。方法抽取正在服用利培酮的住院精神分裂症患者41例,分别于入组时、入院后8周末测定全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、变形指数、血浆粘度等指标。并于疗前和疗后8周进行血脂检测。结果利培酮组血沉方程K值较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.32,P<0.05)。疗后8周TG升高,与治疗前有统计学意义(t=7.96,P<0.01)。甘油三酯与全血高切呈显著性正相关(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白与红细胞聚集指数呈显著性正相关(P<0.05)。结论利培酮对血脂有一定影响,利培酮可升高血沉方程K值,临床上对服用利培酮出现血脂异常的精神分裂症患者应定期监测血流变的变化,及早预防心脑血管疾病。Objective To investigate the effects of risperidone on blood lipid and blood rheology of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 41 inpatients with schizophrenia taking risperidone were assessed whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,deformation index,plasma viscosity index in the admission and 8weeks later.And before treatment and treatment for 8 weeks for detection of lipids.Results K value of erythrocyte increased significantly compared with those before treatment（t=2.32,P0.05）.In 8 weeks,TG was higher than that of before treatment（t=7.96,P0.01）.Triglyceride showed significantly positive correlation with blood high cut（P0.01）,low density lipoprotein showed significantly positive correlation with red blood cell aggregation index（P0.05）.Conclusion Risperidone has a certain influence on blood lipids,and can be elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value：Patients with schizophrenia taking risperidone who appear abnormal blood lipid of should be examine regular monitoring of blood rheology change：early prevention of cardiovascular and cerebro vascular diseases.
