摘　　要：目的检测舌癌黏膜固有层组织中基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的表达,揭示它们在舌癌浸润和转移中的作用。方法应用ABC免疫组织化学染色方法分别检测舌癌标本及正常组织各取材部位中MMP-1、TIMP-1的免疫学定位及表达情况。结果舌癌组织的MMP-1和TIMP-1的阳性表达率与对照组相比,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);舌癌组织中的MMP-1和TIMP-1的表达与舌癌大小无关(P>0.05),而与舌癌分化程度、有无转移、病理分级等具有差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 MMP-1和TIMP-1在舌癌黏膜固有层组织中的表达关系,有助于判断舌癌的侵袭和转移及病理分期。Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1（MMP-1）,tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1（TIMP-1） in mucosa lamina propria tissue of tongue cancer,in order to reveal the role of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in the invasion and metastasis of tongue cancer.Methods The immunological localization and expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in tongue cancer specimens and normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining methods（ABC method）.Results Positive expression rate of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 between tongue cancer tissues and normal tissues was significantly different（P 0.01）.The expression of TIMP-1 and MMP-1 in tongue cancer tissues had no relationship with the size of tongue cancer（P 0.05）,but it had significantly differences compared with differentiation degree,metastasis and pathological grade of tongue cancer（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.Conclusion The expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in mucosa lamina propria tissue of tongue cancer can contribute to judge the invasion,metastasis and pathological grade of tongue cancer.
