摘 要:随着客观临床能力结构考试(OSCE)在临床能力测试中应用越来越广泛,护理教学领域中也逐渐开始OSCE的应用与探索。OSCE是一种客观的、有序的临床考核框架,并结合我院临床护理教学的实际情况,探索出一套科学的、实用的OSCE方案,其科学性、客观性、可行性均得到了认可。根据我院临床教学OSCE的应用情况,介绍了OSCE考站设计、病例编写、考核标准的制订、招募并培训标准化患者(SP)、考官的要求、考试方式及考试流程、考试结果的处理、主要特色及创新之处、存在问题及今后的改进措施,为临床护理教学OSCE的应用提供了思路。The objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) is used to test the clinical ability more widely,the field of nursing education gradually began to explore and apply the OSCE.OSCE is a clinical evaluation framework,which is objective and orderly.Combined with the actual situation of clinical nursing education in our hospital,we explore a set of scientific and practical scheme of the OSCE,its scientific,objective and feasibility are admitted.To provide the train of thought for the application of the OSCE in nursing education,according to the application of the OSCE clinical nursing education in our hospital,the design of the test station,the compilation of the cases,the establishment of evaluation standards,the recruiting and the training of standard patient(SP),the qualification of examiner,the test ways and the examination process,the treatment of examination results,the main features and the innovative points,the problems and the ideas of future improvement,are introudced in this paper,and provides a guideline for the application of clinical nursing teaching OSCE.
