哲学视阈下社会主义核心价值观的形态与实践探析

摘　　要：在哲学视阈下,作为社会精神导向的核心价值观和大众行为实践中的核心价值观是社会主义核心价值观的两种基本形态,揭示与构建核心价值观的关键问题是实现从理论形态向实践形态的转变。从理论形态看,核心价值观的主要内涵包括三个方面:基于道德话语基础的核心价值观形成是否具有范式特性;基于实践理性范畴的核心价值观是否应当具有对话自利理性;基于多元评价视角的核心价值观是否具有可公度性。要使大众实践形态核心价值观有效转化,必须构建实践形态核心价值观的内外部要素体系。内部要素体系构建包括:宗教信仰的失落和道德信仰的取代,美德体认的教化和实践习惯的养成;外部要素体系构建包括:民生工程的基础作用和实践重点,价值氛围的规导作用和营造途径,法制建设的约束作用和互动强制。In the horizon of philosophy, two basic models of socialist core value concept are the core value guided by social spirits and that of behavior and practice of the masses, and they reveal that the key to build-ing core value concept embodies the change from theoretical modality to practice modality. From the perspec- tive of theoretical modality, core value concept mainly concerns three aspects： paradigm characteristic judged by morals-based core value concept, dialogue self-interest rationality based on practice-rationality core value concept; commensurability examined by multi-evaluation core value concept. To transform masses-practice core value concept efficiently, the internal and external factor system of practice-modality core value concept must be built. The internal factor system includes the replacement of moral and faith and the lost of religious beliefs, the education of good virtue and its common perspective and the cultivation of practice habit ; The ex-ternal factor system covers the primary role and practical key of livelihood project, regulation and guiding of value environment, restriction of rule-of-law building and interactive compulsion.
