摘 要:为分析某款轿车扭转梁悬架在通过不平路面、紧急制动、最小转向半径且不侧滑3种典型危险工况下是否会出现静力破坏的现象,建立了扭转梁悬架有限元模型,对该悬架的3种典型危险工况进行了力学分析,并基于Nastran对该悬架在3种典型危险工况的强度进行了有限元分析。有限元分析结果表明该悬架可以满足结构强度要求。最后利用疲劳寿命分析软件MSC.Fatigue对该悬架进行了疲劳寿命预测。Aiming at analyzing the stress circumstances under typical dangerous work conditions of this car's twist beam suspension,such as uneven road,emergent braking and minimal turning radius without side-slip,the finite element model was made.The stresses of twist beam suspension under the three typical dangerous work conditions were analyzed;the static strength of the twist beam suspension under the three typical dangerous work conditions was analyzed by using finite element method based on Nastran.The results show that the twist beam suspension can satisfy the static strength requirements.Finally,the twist beam suspension's fatigue life prediction was made by MSC.Fatigue.
