河南省少年儿童健康风险因素水平的现状调查

摘　　要：本文以国家教委重点课题《义务教育阶段学校健康教育模式研究》总课题组设计的“青少年健康风险因素水平”问卷为依据 ,对河南省的郑州、新乡两座城市及郊区的 686名中小学生进行了抽样调查 .结果表明 :本研究对象健康风险因素暴露水平偏低 ,在暴露出的诸多因素中 ,暴露强度最大的健康风险因素是体育运动 ,其次是不合理作息制度和性知识 .调查工作较全面地获得了青少年健康风险因素水平状况动态资料 ,为制定学校健康教育计划提供了科学的依据 .On the basis of the focus topic of National Education Comission School Healthy Education Model on the stage of Compulsory Education,this article sampled 686 pupils and middle school students from Zhengzhou,Xinxiang and these cities' suburban distracts in Henan Province.The result indicates that the level of the targets' healthy hazard factors is a bit lower.In these exposed factors,the largest intensity is sports,the second is unreasonable system of work and rest,and also the knowledge of sex.This research obtained the dynamic materials of juveniles and children's healthy hazard factors,which offered scientific foundations for formulating the plan of school healthy education.
