摘  要:"双师素质"教师是高职院校培养高素质技能型人才的关键。"双师素质"教师的概念经历了"双证书"、"双师素质"和"双师结构"的发展过程,显示出"双师素质"的内涵特征实质是具备理论教学和实践操作的双重素质,特别注重实践性特点。"双师素质"教师的职业技能包括了专业理论知识、专业实践技能、教育教学能力和科研能力四方面,涵盖了教育性、学术性、工艺性或职业性三个专业领域。对于"双师素质"教师职业技能的培养,要根据"双师素质"教师的特点注重理论的广度,加强技能的实践性和操作性培养。"The double teacher quality" in higher vocational colleges is to cutttvate mgn-quamy skilled talents is the key. "Double teacher quality" concept has experienced"double certificate ", " double quality" and "dual structure" development process, show, "double quality" connotation fea- ture is essentially have the theoretical teaching and practical operation of the dual quality, with parti- cular emphasis on practical characteristics. "Double teacher quality" of the occupation skills include the theory of professional knowledge, professional skills, teaching ability and scientific research abili- ty four respects, covering education, academic, technological or occupation of three areas of speciali- zation. For the "double quality" o{ the teacher occupation skill training, according to the "double teacher quality" characteristic theoretical breadth, strengthen skill practice and operation training.
