摘 要:目的查明新邵县一起食物中毒病因,对分离的病原菌进行表型检验和毒力基因的鉴定、耐药性检测,利用分子分型技术探讨其多态性,为今后预防和控制类似事件提供借鉴。方法依照WS271-2007《感染性腹泻诊断标准》和文献报道的方法对检出的沙门菌进行生化试验、血清分型、耐药性检测;并用PCR方法进行毒力基因检测,运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对分离的菌株进行同源性分析。结果 2份病人血培养为阴性,3份病人肛拭检出生物学性状和药敏试验一致、均带有侵袭性invA基因的莫斯科沙门菌,PFGE图谱显示为同一克隆。结论结合流行病学资料、临床表现、病原菌分离鉴定、毒力基因检测和分子分型分析,确定本次食物中毒是由莫斯科沙门菌污染食物引起。Objective To find the cause of a food poisoning by identifying the phenotype and the virulence gene, by de- tecting the drug resistance of the pathogen isolated and exploring its polymorphism by molecular typing, so as to provide a cue for the prevention and control of similar food poisoning incidents. Methods Biochemical tests, serum typing and drug resistance tests were conducted on the pathogen in accordance with the WS271-2007 Diagnostic criteria for Infectinus Diarrhea. Its viru- lence genes were detected by PCR. The homology of the strains was analyzed by PFGE. Results Negative results were re- ported in the blood culture of the specimens from 2 patients. Salmonella moscow with invA gene detected in 3 anus swab samples had the same biological characteristics with that indicated by drug sensitivity test. PFGF fingerprint showed that they were the same done. Conclusions The food poisoning is caused by Salmonella moscow. The diagnosis is made on the basis of epide- miologieal data, clinical features, pathogen identification, virulence gene detection and mol^ular typing.
