摘　　要：党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央创立了科学发展观,并且确立了其在全党的指导地位。科学发展观的创立就是实事求是的过程,科学发展观的形成就是实事求是的结晶,科学发展观的精髓就是实事求是的集中体现。因此,实事求是是科学发展观的理论根基和精神实质。深入研究实事求是与科学发展观的内在关系,对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。Since the 16th National Congress of CPC,the Party Central Committee with Hu Jingtao as the general secretary has founded the View of Scientific Development,and established its guiding position in the Party.The founder of the view of scientific development is the process of seeking truth from facts,the formation of the View of Scientific Development is the crystallization of seeking truth from facts,the essence of the View of Scientific Development is a manifestation of seeking truth from facts.Therefore,seeking truth from facts is the theoretical foundation and essence of the View of Scientific Development.Further research the internal relations of seeking truth from facts and the View of Scientific Development has important theoretical value and practical significance to thoroughly apply the View of Scientific Development.
