摘  要:在市场经济带动全世界经济繁荣和员工需求逐渐提高的今天,员工幸福感被忽视,员工的跳槽率在增长,组织的置换成本在增长,员工忠诚度的研究越来越被重视。通过探讨企业文化结构对员工忠诚度的影响,进一步提出企业文化与员工忠诚的结构模型,从而为企业在实践中管理员工提供借鉴。Market economy has brought about the prosperity of world economy and the increasing employee requirements. However, happiness of employees is often neglected, which leads to the increase of employee job hopping rate and the displacement cost of organizations. Therefore, more and more researches are done on employee loyalty. By discussing the influence of the structure of organizational culture on employee loyalty, the authors propose a model on corporate culture and employee loyalty, aiming to provide reference for companies in their employee management practice.
