摘　　要：从"隐喻认知"的角度研究中医藏象学说。本文以"五行藏象"模型为例,认为五行藏象体系是一个基于人类经验体验构建的概念隐喻系统;是基于"可能世界"的类比;是一种"隐喻重描";是一个"信念系统"。本文提出中医藏象学说研究的重点不是寻找其客观物质基础,而是要对其特有的语言进行分析,要注重揭示中医脏腑概念在那些层面是可核实的,以及隐喻认知在中医藏象学说的形成过程中扮演的重要角色。This article was aimed to study the viscera-state doctrine from the perspective of metaphorical cognition. Five-element and viscera-state in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） were used as a model. The five-element and viscera-state system is a conceptual metaphor system constructed based on human experiences. It is an analogy based on the ＂possible world＂. It is a ＂metaphor retrace＂ and a ＂belief system.＂ This article pointed out that the key aspect of TCM viscera-state doctrine study is not focused on the searching of objective material basis. It is the analysis of its unique language. The important aspect is to reveal on which aspects TCM viscera concepts are verifiable, and the important role of metaphorical cognition in the formation process of TCM viscerastate doctrine.
